To ensure mugs are made to the best quality, we use a reputable printing company. Once we have received your order, we send it on to the printing company the SAME DAY if ordered by 4pm. Your mug is then sent from their warehouse direct to the address you've supplied. Tracking will be provided once your mug has been dispatched.
Please note, greeting cards and prints are made and posted by Love Paper Rainbow. If you order these in addition to a mug, they will be sent separately and arrive on different days. Always check each item information for estimated delivery dates.
